CHARBAY CALIFORNIA, EUREKA Handcrafted by Marko Karakasevic, 13th generation Master Distiller. Making flavored vodka with the whole fruit wasn’t how it was done. Well, not until Marko made it happen in 1997. Being unimpressed with the flavored vodka brands available, he ventured to create an American vodka where the flavor would come from the whole fruit. All 100% of it. Distiller of the Year WE Wine Star Award ‘19 Charbay Brandy No. 83 80 PF / 375ML / 750ML With the release of Brandy No. 83, we staked our claim as an original craft distillery in the US. It was a double celebration, with this California Brandy the first spirit distilled in our newly installed Alambic Charentais pot still. Custom made by Pruhlo, imported from France, this copper pot is the heart of our family distilling today. One of the oldest California Brandys, aged for 27 years in new French Limousin and Nevers oak barrels. Made in the traditional Cognac style, distilled in our Alambic Charentais pot still. 100% Folle Blanche grapes, grown in Yountville, CA Charbay Brandy No. 89 92 PF / 750ML Brandy No. 89 is California Brandy at its best. It shows what’s possible when you give a master distiller, with 13 generations of family distilling history, access to the highest quality Northern California grapes and a custom made Alambic Charentais pot still. Taste the richness of 24 years of aging and you’ll agree with many that this California Brandy is top shelf and world-class. Aged for 24 years in new French Limousin and Nevers oak barrels. Double distilled in our custom made Alambic Charentais pot still. 74% Pinot Noir and 26% Sauvignon Blanc grape blend POLI DISTILLERIE ITALY, BASSANO Jacopo Poli is known to be one of the top distillers in the world, it just so happens that the spirit he makes most is grappa. They sit at the foot of the Dolemite mountains, and just over those hills sits the areas of Germany and Alsace most known for making fruit eau de vies. These fruit brandies are a true expression of his distilling genius. Poli Distillerie Jacopo Poli Arzente Brandy 80PF / 375ML / 1750ML A fine 10-YO, single-vintage brandy distilled from wine made from Trebbiano di Soave, low in alcohol, tannins and acidity, it combines the aromas of Trebbiano with toasty notes from oak maturation; smooth, mouth filling and elegant. Poli Distillerie Jacopo Poli Moscato Brandy 80PF / 1750ML Single-vintage brandy from Moscato Bianco grapes from the Euganei hills. Aged for six months in stainless steel. Clear with pronounced aromas of rose, magnolias and sage. Well-rounded with a light touch of orange citrus on the finish. Poli Distillerie Uvaviva Italiana Grape Brandy 80PF / 750ML Aromatic Malvasia and White Muscat grape. Clear brandy with pronounced aromas of fresh apricots, pears and orange blossom. Delicate, fresh and flavorful, with notes that persist long into the finish.
