This incredible aged sloe gin is most often enjoyed as a digestif on its own, but is known to show up in specialty cocktails around the Bay Area. SLOE ROYALE COCKTAIL INGREDIENTS 1 oz. Spirit Works Sloe Gin Dry Sparkling Wine Juice of a fresh Lime wedge DIRECTIONS Pour Sloe Gin into champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine. Squeeze juice of lime wedge into glass and discard wedge.
