LIQUEURS
ARGIOLAS ITALY, SARDINIA The Argiolas family has worked diligently to become the leader in Sardinian enology and insists on using native Sardinian vines. Argiolas Tremontis Limone 60PF / 700ML Limone is made from a selection of natural infusions and essences, extracted from the peel of ripe, pleasantly aromatic lemons, blended with the semi-processed liqueur and with the addition of sugar syrup. Brilliant lemon yellow in color with a strong fragrance of fresh lemon fruit. On the palate it is sweet and pleasant. Argiolas Tremontis Mirto 60PF / 700ML
BOOMSMA HOLLAND, FRIESLAND An independent fifth generations family-owned business, ensuring old traditions are cherished and new ambitions fulfilled. Boomsma Claerkampster Cloosterbitter Liqueur 80PF / 750ML Cloosterbitter is based on a 15th century recipe, made with a blend of 17 herbs and plants found in the Frisian meadows during the month of May. “Tangy and sweet in the mouth, the ethereal softness complements the gentle herbal flavor that elaborates each sip before finishing with a touch of bitterness.” 91pts Excellent Ultimate Spirits Challenge 2016 Boomsma Frisian Beerenburger Herbal Bitter 60PF / 750ML An 11-herb tincture similar to Cloosterbitter but the botanicals are different. Full-bodied herbal bitter made by adding herbs to Genever with notes of coriander, licorice, gentian, juniper berry and laurel. Has a smooth, yet bitter, finish. It is bracing neat, chilled and on the rocks—also a perfect bitter component in a whiskey-based cocktail. BRUCATO SPIRITS USA, SAN FRANCISCO Brucato Spirits are made with the integrity of California's ingredients and the sense of place that are hallmarks of traditional Italian bitter liqueurs. Brucato Spring Almond Liqueur 72PF / 375ML A pure expression of almond. Light, bright, and not at all bitter. Introducing our smallest-batch release to date, Spring Almond — the seasonal counterpoint to a winter nocino. Made with green almonds, grape brandy, and sweetened with cane sugar. Spring Almond is bright, aromatic, and surprisingly light. In other words, it's unlike anything we’ve made before. Aged as long as 60 months, Spring Almond is the first release in our Experimental Series — a spirit that is years in the making and now yours to enjoy. Crafted in extremely limited quantities and labeled by hand at our distillery, it’s available only at Bar Brucato and through select distillery tours. Enjoy it in a spritz, served neat, or as a distinctive layer in your favorite cocktail. Brucato Oro Y Fierro Kumquat Liqueur 80PF / 700ML Bright, citrus-forward, and built for cocktails. A smooth, vibrant kumquat liqueur highlighting the natural brightness of California-grown Nagami kumquats and dried local orange peel. Brucato Oro Y Fierro Kumquat Chili Liqueur 80PF / 700ML Bright and spicy, citrus-forward, and built for cocktails. All the depth and citrus-forward flavor of the original, infused with aromatic Calabrian chili and the heat of roasted chile de árbol for a spirited kick.
A unique Sardinian liqueur made from the berries of the Mirto (Myrtle) plant. Violet-red in color with herbal aromas, it is bittersweet on the palate and backed by flavors of mint, eucalyptus, juniper and spices. Sardinians traditionally drink Mirto at the end of a meal, and it is a unique ingredient in creative mixology. 90-95pts Wine Enthusiast

BAD SPIRITS ITALY, BOLOGNA Sambuca Sbagliata, the first liqueur created by Bad Spirits, is the surprising and unexpected result of a production error. Bad Spirits boasts unique products on the market and it has never given up on giving importance to quality and making it its strong point, using only excellent raw materials.
The Art of the Mistake Bad Spirits Sambuca Sbagliata 58PF / 700ML
Meaning “Mistaken Sambuca,” this spirit was born from an unforeseen event that led to a refined formula: 30% less sugar, added orange peel, and star anise in place of traditional fennel. The brand draws inspiration from Kintsugi, the Japanese art of mending broken pottery with gold. This philosophy—that beauty blossoms from imperfection—is reflected in both the label and the liquid. Crafted with cereal grain alcohol and elderflower, it offers a sweet, rounded flavor and a delicate scent. Whether served neat or in a cocktail, it is a unique, unrepeatable spirit that defies expectations.
