Easy Rider 4YO Kentucky Straight Bourbon 750ml / 80PF Easy Rider is a classic Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey, aged 4 years in American White Oak barrels. It is bottled at 80 proof with glacier-fed spring water from Mt. Hood for an easy-drinking, smooth and flavorful finish.

Uses the same recipe as Wathen’s Kentucky Bourbon, but aged longer. This bourbon is medium to dark amber in color, featuring aged vanilla, sweet pecan, caramel, and oak flavors. The sugar and barrel flavors are well balanced. Wathen’s Single Barrel 750ml / 94PF Small batch Bourbon made by Kentucky’s Medley family for over 200 years. Pristine water, naturally filtered through Kentucky’s underground limestone deposits, 100% copper doubling process, the finest cereal grains, double distillation and unhurried aging in the finest charred new white oak barrels all combine to make this single barrel Bourbon. McCarthy’s Single Malt Whiskey 750ml / 85PF McCarthy’s Oregon Single Malt Whiskey is distilled in a Holstein pot still using one pass distillation from a fermented mash of 100% peat malted barley from Scotland. The spirit is then barrel-aged in 3 year air-dried Oregon Oak barrels and bottled at 85 proof without chill filtration. The result is a remarkably complex and delicate peated single malt.
