WHISKEY IRISH Dublin has deep historical roots with world class Irish whiskey. Official records have revealed that Irish Whiskey production grew to some four million gallons in the 1820s. Of course, this did not account for the illegal Irish Whiskey that was also being distilled without permission. PEARSE LYONS IRELAND, DUBLIN At one time, close to 40 distilleries were in operation in Dublin, nestled in a one mile radius better known as the “Golden Triangle.” The four big distillery players at the time were George Roe and Company, John Power and Son, William Jameson and Company and John Jameson and Son. By the 19th century Irish Whiskey reached global appreciation as it was recognized as the premier whiskey due to its unique taste and smoothness.Today, the Golden Triangle in the heart of The Liberties is making a remarkable revival. This whiskey is a grain and malt blend and contains malt whiskey produced in our own stills as part of the blend. Pearse Distiller’s Choice 7YO Irish Blended Whiskey 750ml / 86PF A blended 7-Year-Old Irish Whiskey of grain and malt whiskeys predominantly aged in Bourbon barrels with a small amount of Sherry barrel aged whiskey in the mix. This Irish Whiskey contains our own single malt. Best Blended Irish Whiskey Under 12yrs Old World Whisky Awards 2020 & 2021 Pearse Founder’s Choice 12YO Irish Single Malt Whiskey 750ml / 86PF Pearse Founder’s Choice is a 12-year-old Single Malt aged in ex Bourbon barrels from our sister distillery, Town Branch Distillery in Lexington Kentucky.
