Q: Just wondering what is the best natural remedy for cold sores? They’re taking ages to go away using the chemical stuff I’ve been recommended. It’s not only painful, but extremely embarrassing and stressful. Please help. A: The indisputable answer is Propolis, an aromatic resin harvested by honeybees. Q: Having never been a winter person, whenever I’m not working I fall for the trap of snuggling up with a bunch of DVDs and food I shouldn’t really be eating, that I really know just stacks on the weight and brings me undone.
