няли решение не разграничивать пространство, сосредоточившись на том плодотворном воздействии, которое обеспечивают коммуника- ция, взаимодействие и эффект синергии. В архитектуре эта сложносо- чиненная концепция выразилась следующим образом: четыре струк- турных элемента, в плане похожих на бумеранги, сдвинуты по верти- кальной оси относительно друг друга. Таким образом был достигнут эффект полной открытости пространства, когда не только с четверто- го этажа взгляд беспрепятственно проникает на первый, но и наобо- рот. В результате манипуляций на каждом этаже есть несколько пос- тоянных элементов, однако площади позволяют выставлять там деко- рации, проводить разного рода перформансы, инсталляции, дефиле и что-там-еще-придет-в-голову-студентам. Учебный же процесс между этими праздниками жизни и самовыражения не прячется в скромные классы, а организуется вокруг «круглых столов» в круглых же капсулах с не особенно высокими стенами. Но главная роль в здании отведена атриуму. Пространство на всю высоту объединяет просторная винто- вая лестница, перекрытая стеклянной кровлей, в которую заложены функции не только ротации, но и – что гораздо важнее и интереснее

However the areas allow to or- ganize in these volumes different expositions of theatrical scenery, to arrange various per- formances, installations, catwalks and what- ever-else-may-come-to-the-students-minds. The educational process among these feasts of life and ways of self-expression is not hid- den in the modest classrooms, but is organized around the «round tables» in the round cap- sules with not very high walls. However the leading role in a building is giv- en to atrium. The vertical volume is united by a spacious spiral staircase covered by a glass roof. The functions of this roof incorporate not only rotation, but also communication, which is much more important and more in- teresting to the architects. The theme of the information environment is continued along the elevations: all the building floors along their perimeter are glazed with matte glass, but on each of them one side is not hidden by the bright Plexiglas and that is why the view- er’s eyes may freely penetrate the walls and wander outside. In general the concept of this project is probably even more interesting, than its em- bodiment, though it is necessary to say that the realization is quite adequate to the idea and without exaggeration, it represents a new type of buildings. It has become the quintes- sence of the hyperspace idea, which may be considered absolute for the present moment. It is completely open, accessible and widely used, though being an ideal, it is somewhat conventional.
