Mike Brown- Superintendent – MT Mike is originally from Pennsylvania but went to college at William & Mary in Virginia. He stayed in Virginia after graduation and started a custom home building business after work ing on Wall Street. His business became the most sought after in Williamsburg, building luxury homes in iconic locations. He retired to Montana but sought out a new position in the high end custom business. He joined a top-rate operation with a devotion to clients that attracted him. Kristen Mann – Office Manager, MT Kristen, who hails from Queens, NY, relocated to Montana with her husband in 2011. She brings over a decade of experience in Luxury Hospitality Management, Front Office exper tise and Forbes 5 Star Service Training to her role at THB. Kristen is known for her keen atten tion to detail, strong work ethic, and positive attitude in all interactions. In her free time, Kris ten enjoys hiking, biking, camping, working out and playing Squash with her husband and daughter. Kaelyn Harrington – Project Coordinator, MT A Montanan born and raised, Kaelyn brings authenticity, dedication, and a strong work eth ic to everything she does. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree from Montana State University (Go Cats!), where she developed a foundation for combining structure with crea tivity. With roots deeply tied to the Montana landscape, she carries forward values of dedi cation, reliability, and a practical approach to her work. Known for her eye for detail and innovative thinking, Kaelyn balances technical skill with creativity to deliver high-quality re sults. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family, hiking, walking her dogs, and pursuing creative projects. Jon Stott- Superintendent – MT Jon is a seasoned construction professional with over 15 years of experience managing luxury residential and resort projects across the Caribbean and the UK. Starting his career in ground work and progressing through foreman and engineering roles, he combines hands-on tech nical expertise with strategic project management and a strong client-focused approach that has earned him repeat business from international firms and clients. Known for leading teams to deliver exceptional quality, safety, and compliance, Jon brings the same dedica tion to his personal life, where he enjoys traveling, coaching rugby, and exploring the out doors of Montana.
