Головной офис WILO Rus представляет собой административное здание при заво- де. Важной задачей компания обозначила создание современного функционального пространства, отражающего идеи немецкого лаконизма и рациональности. Основной герой интерьера — атриум, на него сориентированы помещения всех этажей офиса. Сюда выходит главная лестница, которую удалось превратить в яркий акцент этого про- странства. Здесь же разместился фонтан—символ и полноценный арт-объект. Его фор- ма символизирует бесперебойную работу насосного оборудования компании. Образ воды стал лейтмотивом всего проекта: в атриуме сделан потолок из стальных панелей, дизайн которых напоминает поверхность водной глади. Остальные помещения офиса решены в нейтральных черно-белых тонах, в планировке зоны open space соседствуют с отдельными кабинетами и переговорными. Особое внимание уделено экологично- сти, реализованный проект соответствует стандартам сертификата LEED Gold. The head office of WILO Rus is an administrative building located on the territory of a plant. The company set the task to create a modern functional space that would reflect the ideas of German laconism and rationality. The main attraction of the interior is the atrium. It is a focal point around which the working premises are nested in clusters on each floor. Also, this is a place, where the central stairwell is located. In addition to performing its direct function, it has become a bright accent of the entire space. Besides, there is a fountain — a symbol and a full-fledged art object. Its shape symbolizes the flawless operation of the company’s pump- ing equipment. The theme of water has become the leitmotif of the whole project: the atrium ceiling is made of steel panels, the design of which resembles the water surface. The office premises are painted in neutral black and white. The open space area adjoins private work- spaces and meeting rooms. Special attention is paid to environmental friendliness: the project received the LEED Gold Certificate for sustainable construction.
