ABD architects have been creating architecture for more than a quarter of a century; many notable and even iconic projects were implemented here. For Moscow, these are facade buildings of the main city roads: Mercedes-Benz Plaza and Metropolis on Leningradskoye Highway, White Square complex near Belorussky railway terminal, Chaika Plaza on Varshavskoye Highway, GoodZone on Kashirskoye Highway, Principal Plaza on 60-letia Oktyabrya Prospekt and many others. A distinctive feature of the stu- dio is the comprehensive approach to solving architectural tasks, in which design be- gins with research. Support of the project at all stages and close supervision compose the high quality of facilities designed by ABD architects. In addition to architecture, the bureau is also active in the field of commercial interiors. The department of inte- riors specializes mainly in office spaces and has enough experience and resources to handle any challenge, including the current concept of activity based office. One of the relatively new directions — the medical interior — has also been mastered by the studio; in this area, the studio created such expressive projects as the European Medical Center on Schepkina Street, K+31 clinic and the chain of Chaika clinics in Moscow. The knowledge base accumulated by the bureau allows to develop optimal solutions for any architectural problem, and the sufficient number of professionals, the use of BIM technologies, own 3D visualizers — all this combined with a well-developed project management system ensures the high speed of the process. ABD architects is a member of the Russian Council for Green Building (RuGBC). It was one of the first in the country to develop the ideas of sustainable design, a number of its objects are LEED and BREEAM certified. The bureau continued its activity in this area by introducing the newly developed WELL Building Standard certification system. The company employs more than 80 highly qualified specialists: architects, interior designers and project managers. All the employees have passed rigorous selection process, many of them have work experience in the USA, Europe, China and other countries. According to experts, the participation of ABD architects raises the value of a project by 2-3% of its market price.
