eStatements If you currently have eStatements, you will have access to 18 months of eStatement history one month after conversion. You will need to re-accept the terms and conditions when you sign into online banking through gbankmo.com for the first time. Final Statement Shortly after June 8, 2018 you will receive a special closing statement for each of your former Hometown Bank accounts. Your closing statement will cover the period from your last regular statement date through June 8, 2018 which may only be a portion of your usual statement period. Your next statement will be issued from Guaranty Bank and will cover the period from June 8 to your new statement date. Certificate of Deposit Account (CD) The term, maturity date and early withdrawal penalty on your current Hometown Bank CD will remain the same until the CD is cashed in. Safe Deposit Box If you have a Hometown Bank safe deposit box, you will have access to your box during normal business hours. See the enclosed fee schedule for pricing following converison.

Individual Retirement Account (IRA)

Effective Saturday, June 9, 2018 IRA rollovers and transfers will automatically move to the custodial care of Guaranty Bank. You do not need to take any action. This amendment does not affect the maturity date or terms of any of your investments. Please note that distributions from your account will not change from your current schedule. Loans If you have a mortgage or home equity line of credit with Hometown Bank, your current terms and conditions will remain the same. For your home equity line of credit, you can continue to use your Hometown Bank checks to access your funds. If you currently have a Hometown Bank consumer loan, your interest rate, terms and conditions will remain the same.
