CANVAS BLUEPRINTS Canvas Blueprint courses make it easy for administrators or designers to deploy, update, and maintain course design templates or components across any number of courses or instructors. Blueprint Courses allows Canvas admins to create content and learning objects, lock specific settings or content items, and push updates to all associated courses through course syncing associations. This synchronous webinar will demonstrate how to use Canvas Blueprint courses.

MSVCC ENROLLMENT TOOL This synchronous webinar is designed for instructors teaching or considering teaching online classes through the Mississippi Virtual Community College. Topics will include an overview of the MSVCC Self Service Site, an overview of the MSVCC Enrollment Tool, and step-by- step instructions for completing course management tasks in the Enrollment Tool.

PARTNERSHIP SERIES: TURNITIN TURNITIN BEST PRACTICES & UNDERSTANDING THE SIMILARITY REPORT

This synchronous webinar session reviews some best practices when using Turnitin and also takes a deeper dive into reviewing and interpreting Turnitin results (Similarity Report). You will learn how to use Turnitin to identify acts of plagiarism, review Turnitin settings and Originality reports, and utilize the Feedback Studio filtering tools. This session will also outline the procedures used by Turnitin to match results and will cover common misconceptions surrounding Turnitin. TURNITIN FOR ADVANCED USERS Turnitin’s Feedback Studio is designed to allow instructors to deliver quality feedback to students while ensuring academic integrity. You are already using this powerful tool, but you would now like some tips for using it more efficiently and effectively. This session will allow experienced Turnitin users the opportunity to learn the finer points of managing their QuickMarks, Rubrics, and Peer Mark features. TURNITIN FOR BEGINNERS Is Turnitin a resource in your LMS but you have had little or no experience using it to deliver effective feedback to your students while ensuring academic integrity? No matter what you teach, from English to Mathematics to Art, this session will be a practical experience for any Turnitin user who wants to better understand how to utilize the software. You will learn how to create a Turnitin Assignment and utilize Turnitin’s Feedback Studio to both check for plagiarism, where appropriate, and return quality feedback to students, while at the same time decrease the amount of time it takes to grade student papers. PLAGIARISM FRAMEWORK VS. FEEDBACK STUDIO: UNDERSTANDING THE DIFFERENCES Learn about Turnitin’s New Canvas integration!
