Fire Safety • If a cooking fire occurs and the automatic fire suppression system doesn’t discharge automatically, pull the fire system handle, leave the area and immediately notify your manager • If anything seems out of the ordinary, shut down and unplug the equipment and notify management

• Make sure exhaust hood filters are installed and cleaned properly

• Contact your manager at first sign of smoke or any other possible issue
