Diamond coated (CVD) dies, which are a completely new set of diamond dies, are far less than the cost of solid diamond nib. After continuous research on diamond coated (CVD) dies, Ajex has introduced more than 1mm plasma alloy of diamond coated (CVD) coating with zirconia layer. For lowering its cost, Ajex is using CVD technology for making these dies. It can re-cut, re-polish, resize and recoat these dies up to 29mm because of the many layers.
