Putting Your Customers’ Needs First – A Fifty-Year Journey is not meant to be a “HOW TO BOOK”. The old saying “Experience is the Best Teacher” may be true, but hopefully you can learn some useful tips and gain some knowledge by reading about some of my experiences without having to endure all my personal “trials and tribulations”. Serving customers’ needs is an endless task; there is never enough time in each day to accomplish everything that you wanted to get done and each new day brings more opportunities and challenges. Prioritize your time and effort and seek out like-minded individuals who share your vision in putting your customers’ needs first. I owe a very special thanks to the many mentors, managers, associates and friends that I have worked with over the years that have shared my commitment to putting our customers’ needs first. For without their countless efforts and support, this journey would not have been possible. And to those who are still in the workforce, I wish you all the best in providing a more customer-centric experience to your customers and end users whoever they might be!
