BIOLOGY CLUB The Biology Club is an organization that is traditionally made up mostly of biology majors and minors. How– ever, membership is open to anyone with an interst in the biological sciences. Many of our activities are directed to– ward exploring the many interesting as– pects ofbiology. These activities include various speaker s, tours of the Scripps Aquarium in La Jolla, periodic whale– watching trips . Aside from these "educa– tional" activities , our club is concerned with bringing the students together out– side the classroom through periodic so– cial gatherings . By creating a cohesive and comfortable atmosphere in the department, we hope to allow members to pursue their r espective interests in biology. CHEMISTRY CLUB
