Our Competencies

As part of our performance management process, all employees will agree performance objectives at the start of the financial year.

The process defines what you are expected to do in the year ahead. You will also be measured against how you achieve these objectives i.e. competencies which measure your behaviours. There are two different sets of these competencies used within Chivas Brothers; these are known as the Pernod Ricard Leadership Competencies and the Chivas Values.

The Pernod Ricard Leadership Model is based on 6 Competencies
