We mentioned already that we need to have high performing, engaged and motivated staff to help us achieve our vision . This is supported through the continuous development of our employees.

The Employee Development team offer a range of different initiatives to support this vision. Each year employees will have a Learning Plan which includes development options to help them achieve their objectives.

The Learning Plan is held within Chivas CASK .
