Mentoring Programme

Another way in which we develop and support our people is through our internal Mentoring Programme.

The transference of wisdom, knowledge and experience from mentor to mentee is an age-old process that is capable of delivering outstanding value to both parties and, in the business world, to the organisation that employs them.

Within CBL we have an established programme where individuals are matched with senior managers within the business. This is a fundamental part of our approach to talent development. If you are interested in being mentored or becoming a mentor, please speak to your line manager in the first instance then contact the employee development team for more information.
