Chivas VIP – Valuing Individual Performance

At Chivas Brothers we have a reward and recognition scheme known as VIP - ‘Valuing Individual Performance’.

The programme is designed to recognise employees who have gone the extra mile and delivered above and beyond expectations .

You can nominate anyone for a VIP award. Employees should be nominated for a specific action or piece of work which would be considered EXCEPTIONAL – either in terms of delivery or because it falls beyond the normal remit of their role.
