This interior is the renovation of several apartments in a XIX century house. The casing (old vaulted walls) resembles air or the vault of heaven. Below the casing, there are objects of urban surroundings: a house, streetlights. Thus, the in- terior is designed as a building within a building. The framework of objects that fill the interior is made of metal rolled tubes. This material was chosen on the basis of the maximum contrast with the casing, which is rough, stony and cast. And the filling is laced, sharp and clear. The constructional metal grid is subject to a module, which determines loca- tion of every detail. All of them are important, whether it is a light, constructional element or furniture. Every compo- nent has its own significance equal to each other. They are united by the same material. The built-in metallic construc- tion occupies and fills the space of this historical building. But also it can be easily taken away. There are two windows in the main room. The tall window, which gives much light, is blocked by a light accumulating “glass house” turning into a shining lamp. The low embrasure-like window gives narrow luminous flux directed towards the conference area.
