The interior was designed in accordance with the concept of anti-gravity. Its finishing is made so that if the house had been turned upside down, nothing would have changed for its inhabitants. The effect is achieved due to the uni- ty of the finishing, for which the author used two main materials: veneer (ceiling and walls) and ceramic tiles (walls and floor). Materials, similar in color, are covered with ferrous metal framework, which outlines thin graphic net on the background of the materials. When organizing the space, the architect used one of his favorite techniques: it is arrayed around the water-closet, which is local, low and similar to the Dutch stove. Also, this association arises due to the tile finishing, for which the coniferous veneer was chosen – rough and constructional. Then the veneer was coat- ed with several layers of color oil and rubbed. In the result, its surface became picturesque. The tile was chosen un- der the same principle of picturesqueness. Some lights were designed by the architect. They are made of ferrous metal and have intentionally brutal appearance.
