The interior of the studio apartment was designed as the living space for creative professionals. From the very beginning, the architect has followed the ideology of individualism, which is often inherent to artistic people. Isolation and the op- portunity for concentration are two things which the customer asked for, and the architect did his best to create a non-irri- tating space suitable, firstly, for working and, secondly, for living. This austere interior is made of simple materials; it is ex- pressly male and, to some extent, “prickly” towards its inhabitant. The combination of boards and white plaster evoke associations with a cell, nevertheless, windows with panoramic view, a high floor and plenty of natural light shift accents towards a fashionable studio.
