anonymity when using their City computer to submit a GSOCARES report, employees can use the phone number above, the employee’s personal computer, cell phone, or other device to access the website. 6.6 The P&C Department will notify the following individuals of the complaint: the City Manager or Assistant City Manager depending on whether the department reports directly to the City Manager or Assistant City Manager; the P&C Director; and the Department Director(s) of the parties involved. 6.7 The P&C Department will investigate all complaints of alleged violations of this policy. a. At the conclusion of the investigation, the P&C Employee Success Partner will notify the complainant of the investigation’s findings. b. The P&C Employee Success Partner will recommend disciplinary action when appropriate. c. The P&C Employee Success Partner will communicate the findings and recommendations to the City Manager or Assistant City Manager depending on whether the department reports directly to the City Manager or Assistant City Manager; the P&C Director; and the Department Director(s) of the parties involved. d.
