meetings or other work related events. 5.5 The City of Greensboro will not tolerate discrimination or retaliation against nursing employees. This policy applies to any contractors, consultants, or interns who may work on site in our facilities. 5.6 Employees who work from alternate work locations under a Flexible Work Arrangement must be completely relieved from duty to express milk. 5.7 Nursing parents may be accommodated that are doing business on the premises even if the nursing parents are not employees. 6.0 PROCEDURES 6.1 Make your supervisor aware that you are going to be taking these breaks. 6.2 Ask for a location to be provided if you do not have an office with the assurance of privacy. 6.3 If you feel your supervisor is not assisting you in this or allowing adequate breaks reach out to your People & Culture (P&C) Rep, Business Partner, Benefits Assistant or P&C Wellness Consultant. 6.4 If you feel a supervisor is discriminating against you or retaliating against you for taking these breaks reach out to your P&C Rep, Business Partner, Benefits Assistant or P&C Wellness Consultant. 7.0 PEOPLE & CULTURE CONTACT Benefits 8.0 APPENDIX, APPENDICES Pump at Work Flyer
