Another challenge is the fact that, even though you are filled with passion, is the honest fact that some people really don’t want to be there or be involved. They have a right to this decision, but a little encouragement has never hurt anyone. We found utilising our senior team to set an example, we all tried to be as involved as possible and this hopefully encouraged others to become involved or at least have a little more enthusiasm.
