HEALTH & WELLNESS

 Completed and distributed School Safety brochure, emphasizing walk-to-school benefits and safe pick-up and drop-off practices.

INFRASTRUCTURE

 Expanded pay parking in Guildford to better manage on-street business parking demand;  Installed City’s first solar-powered transit shelter; and

 Commissioned 5 new digital billboard panels, providing expanded public service announcement capability and incremental revenue.

FUTURE INITIATIVES, GOALS & OBJECTIVES

BUILT ENVIRONMENT & NEIGHBOURHOODS

 Reduce parking complaints by 30% over 5 years (per capita basis); and

 Continue to evaluate opportunities to better service the public with parking supply and management.

ECONOMIC PROSPERITY & LIVELIHOODS

 Develop EV charging vision and strategy including service and revenue options;  Review and update City Centre parking requirements and monitoring system; and  Explore property acquisition and parking lot development in Cloverdale with area parking fund.
