• In process monitoring of API’s and Intermediates in term of Reaction monitoring, Chromatographic purity, Assay by HPLC. • Complete analysis for the preparation of working standard. • Method validation report, protocol, excels preparation for API. • To ensure compliance of various quality measures and maintaining appropriate requisite documentation/ records. • Calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipments. • Awareness of ICH guidelines for Analytical method validation etc. TECHNICAL EXPERTISE • Experience of working on various HPLC systems (Waters, Shimadzu, and Agilent). • Experience of working on LCMS/MS systems using masslynx software (Waters Aquity). • Quantification of residual impurities at ppb level by LCMS/MS and HPLC. • Experience of working on Ion Chromatograph using chromelon software (Dionex Thermo). • Analytical method validation for the Assay, Chiral Purity and Related Substances of different active ingredients. • Well versed with various soft ware’s like Empower, Class VP etc. • Process validation analysis of finish product. • Preparation of PTP and STP’s. • Hand on experience on various analytical equipments like Dissolution Apparatus, UV-Visible Spectrophotometer, Karl Fischer Apparatus, Refractometer, pH Meter, DT Apparatus, Potentiometer, and Viscometer. ACHEIVEMENTS- • Selected as a Technical Officer in Export Inspection Council of India (Ministry of Commerce & Textile, GOI) in 2016. • Participated in a workshop of NIFTEM (Ministry of Food Processing Industries) in Destination North East Festival held in Pragati Maidan, New Delhi in 2016. • Participated in a workshop of NIFTEM(Ministry of Food Processing Industries) in AAHAR- 2016(An international food mega event)held in Pragati Maidan ,New Delhi • Testing of finished product (tablets, capsules). • Worked under fully GLP compliance laboratory.
