AASA’s 2019 National Superintendent of the Year(R) Award Application Information As the AASA State Executive, once your state selects awinner, youwill need you to go into the system at https://soy.aasa.org and mark the application of your state winner as “WINNER” so they can be considered for the National award. Even if your selected State Winner has only begun their national application and not completed it, you may still access the website and mark them as the winner as soon as your state selects. If your state winner has not begun their application, please remind them to do it! If you have any problems entering the website or selecting the winner, please email or call me! The national application must be completed by your winner and marked by you by November 1, 2018. See directions below on how to mark your winner. 1. Visit https://soy.aasa.org • Login using your user name and password • If you forgot your password use the forgot password link to reset it • If someone else was the admin last year contact me by email and I’ll pass the admin settings over to you 2. You will then see a red button in the upper right hand corner that says Dashboard – click that 3. You will then see a row of blue buttons one of which says Mark winner – click that 4. You should then see your winner as long as they have started their application – click the check box next their name to mark them as winner 5. If you do not see your winners name please send them a reminder to apply at https://soy.aasa.org once they have their name will be visible to you 6. If you see yourwinner andmark thembut they have not completed their application please remind them to do so by November 1, 2018.
