How did you get started playing golf ?

My father started teaching me to play golf when I was 10 years old . I loved it so much that I stuck with it ! I attended UT until hearing about the PGM program through Mississippi State , and it eventually led me here .

SUPER BOWL SCRAMBLE FEBRUARY 4TH

This year ’ s Super Bowl shotgun starts at 10am and features a two - person scramble format . Before play , your team will predict the winner of the big game and the point total . Golf is definitely a game of skill ! What do you find to be the most difficult shot to hit ? For me , a downhill bunker shot is the hardest .

What " mistakes " do you find are most common among golfers ? I see a lot of golfers who have bad hip rotations during their swing which causes cast and sway .

HBCC has it ' s own unique set of play challenges . What is your best tip for playing HBCC ' s course ?

Definitely hit the fairway !

What are you looking forward to most in 2018 ? I am so excited to be here at HBCC and to officially start as an Assistant Pro . I can ' t wait to begin conducting lessons and be involved full time with golf .
