HOWARD PARK Location: Margaret River & Great Southern, Western Australia Established: 1986 Principals: Jeff, Amy, Natalie, David and Richard Burch (Owners and Family Members), and Janice McDonald (Chief Winemaker) Hectares: 153 KEY POINTS: 1. Howard Park Wines is Western Australia’s largest boutique family-owned winery. In 2009, Howard Park became the only Western Australia winery to join Australia’s First Families of Wine (AFFW), a collective of twelve multi-generational family-owned wine producers. 2. The climate in Margaret River is more influenced by the sea than any other wine region in Australia and studies on both soil and climate suggest a strong similarity to Bordeaux in France. 3. The Great Southern wine region is home to a cool Mediterranean climate with maritime influence and a variety of elevations and vineyard exposures yielding wines with elegance and finesse. 4. Certified by the Winemakers Federation of Australia’s EntWine initiative for environmentally conscious practices. The winemaking facilities are 100% water sufficient, using rainwater collected from the roof for both winery and irrigation needs.

MADFISH Location: Margaret River & Great Southern, Western Australia Established: 1992 Principals: Jeff, Amy, Natalie, David and Richard Burch (Owners and Family Members), and Janice McDonald (Chief Winemaker) Hectares: 243 KEY POINTS: 1. MadFish Wines are all about sharing life’s simple pleasures; family, friends, good food and good wine. 2. These contemporary wines are made from cool climate fruit and are noted for their pure, fresh and clean characteristics in which the flavor of the fruit is the primary character. 3. Madfish Bay is located in the remote southern corner of Western Australia. The bay’s tranquility is broken when two tides meet. According to local folklore, the fish, confused by this natural phenomenon, can be observed leaping in the air as if in a state of complete madness. MadFish Wines were named as an homage to this unique geographical occurrence. 4. High quality fruit is sourced from their vineyards in WA’s premier grape growing regions – Margaret River & the Great Southern. MadFish wines are without pretension and without fuss.

PIKES Location: Clare Valley, South Australia Established: 1984 Principals: Andrew Pike (Co-Owner & Viticulturalist) and Neil Pike (Co-Owner & Chief Winemaker) Hectares: 81 KEY POINTS: 1. Family owned and family operated. Brothers Andrew and Neil Pike established Pikes Wines in 1984 and continue to manage every aspect of the business today. 2. Continuity and consistency from having the same winemaker and viticulturist for over 33 years. 3. The property is in the Polish Hill sub region of Clare, known for its temperate climate and black slate terroir. This makes it a perfect region for Riesling and elegant reds. 4. The Riesling Traditionale has gained an international cult-like following and recognized as Australia’s number one premium Riesling above $20.

SHAW + SMITH Location: Adelaide Hills, South Australia Established: 1989 Principals: Martin Shaw and Michael Hill Smith MW (Owners and First Cousins), and AdamWadewitz (Senior Winemaker) Hectares: 55 KEY POINTS: 1. Established in 1989 by current owners and cousins Michael Hill 2. Shaw + Smith owns two vineyards in the Adelaide Hills. The Balhannah vineyard, was planted in 2000. The soil is free- draining sandy loam over red clay, with underlying quartzite and shale. The average altitude is 1,375 feet (420 meters). The Lenswood vineyard was planted in 1999. The soil is brown loam over clay, as well as thinner topsoil areas on the ridges with broken shale and stone. 3. Using minimal intervention to make exciting wines with a strong sense of place is their core philosophy. 4. High altitude, cool climate wines that are made from 100% hand-picked fruit from low yielding vines which create wines of elegant style with clarity. Smith, a Master of Wine, and Martin Shaw, a former international wine consultant or “flying winemaker.”

VINACEOUS Location: Margaret River, WA – Adelaide Hills and McLaren Vale, SA Established: 2007 Principals: Nick Stacy (Owner) and Michael Kerrigan (Winemaker) Hectares: N/A KEY POINTS: 1. Australia is a huge landmass and not all varieties grow in one place, so the Vinaceous philosophy is to think very carefully about the variety or style of wine desired, and then to source fruit from the best-suited regions. 2. CAMPBELLS Location: Rutherglen, Victoria Established: 1870 Principals: Malcolm Campbell (Co-Owner & Viticulturalist), Colin Campbell (Co-owner & Winemaker), and Jules Campbell (Family Member & Winemaker) Hectares: 65 KEY POINTS: 1. Campbells is an historic 5th Generation Family run & owned winery in Rutherglen, located in the North East corner of Victoria, Australia. 2. All of Campbells Wines are Estate grown and bottled at the winery. 3. Rutherglen’s continental climate provides long mild and dry autumn weather allowing the grapes to achieve slow, even ripening and abundant fruit flavors. 4. Campbells is known best for their sweet wines. Each vintage the grapes are left on the 20 year old vines to ripen until raisined and laden with natural sugar. The resulting wine is blended with previous vintages using a modified Solera method.

TOURNON Location: Victoria Established: 2009 Principal: Michel Chapoutier (Owner & Vigneron) Hectares: 42 planted (38 in the Pyrenees, 4 in Heathcote) KEY POINTS: 1. In 2009 Michel Chapoutier purchased two Australian vineyards: Shays Flat Estate and Landsborough Valley Estate in the Victorian Pyrenees. He recognized that the cool weather patterns and diversity of soil and exposures in this region would allow him to make distinctive wines from the grapes of his homeland in the Rhone Valley. 2. Named after the Hermitage commune, Tournon leads the movement in Australia towards elegant, balanced wines. The philosophy centers on respect – respect for the terroir, the fruit, and the consumer. 3. Organic viticulture practiced since 2009, certified in 2018. Small batch, minimal intervention winemaking. 4. Mathilda wines are named as a tribute to Michel Chapoutier’s daughter, Mathilde, as well as the unofficial Australian national anthem, “Waltzing Mathilda.” CORE SKU S :

TOLPUDDLE VINEYARD Location: Coal River Valley, Tasmania Established: 2011 Principals: Martin Shaw and Michael Hill Smith MW (Owners and First Cousins), and AdamWadewitz (Senior Winemaker) Hectares: 20 KEY POINTS: 1. Tolpuddle Vineyard, established in 1988, is considered one of Australia’s great single vineyards. Martin Shaw and Michael Hill Smith, MW purchased the vineyard in 2011. 2. Located about 20 minutes from Hobart, in Tasmania’s southeast, the Coal River Valley has established a reputation for growing exceptional grapes due to its cool, yet relatively dry, climate. 3. The vineyard is planted with mature Chardonnay and Pinot Noir vines, facing northeast and sloping gently up from Back Tea Tree Road. The soil is light silica over sandstone and of moderate vigor, ensuring well-balanced vines producing grapes of great flavor and intensity. 4. The wines are made using traditional, low intervention winemaking methods, with an emphasis on hand harvesting. CORE SKU s :

ST. KILDA Location: Southeast Australia Established: 1928 Principals: The De Bortoli Family (Owners) and Julie Mortlock (Winemaker) Hectares: 76 KEY POINTS: 1. The St. Kilda brand was founded on the premise of producing wines of incredible value from premium Southeast Australian fruit. 2. St. Kilda wines are produced by De Bortoli Wines, based in Bibul in the Riverina region of New South Wales. 3. Southeastern Australia is officially classified as a ‘viticultural super zone.’ It measures 1,250 miles (2,011 km) and reaches from the Pacific coast in Queensland to the Indian Ocean, leading to a diversity of climates and topography. 4. St. Kilda uses sustainable vineyard practices to deliver exceptional fruit quality to the winery while benefitting the environment. In 2016, De Bortoli Wines was awarded New South Wales’ first Sustainability Advantage Platinum Project certificate, in recognition of outstanding environmental leadership and commitment to innovation.
