Howard Park Wines is Western Australia’s largest boutique family-owned winery. In 2009, Howard Park became the only Western Australia winery to join Australia’s First Families of Wine (AFFW), a collective of twelve multi-generational family-owned wine producers. 2. The climate in Margaret River is more influenced by the sea than any other wine region in Australia and studies on both soil and climate suggest a strong similarity to Bordeaux in France. 3.
