TRAC – Online recruitment system Trac, our new recruitment software is now live! Over the summer, the HR recruitment and resourcing teams have been implementing and learning the new system, fine-tuning their knowledge so they are able to supply the best service for managers and applicants alike. The process has been extremely smooth. The HR recruitment and resourcing teams have now taken full control of Trac and have been getting great responses from recruiting managers, relaying to the team just how easy it is to use with its step-by-step process, excellent user guides and video tutorials which are there for any scenario. The recruiting teams are very happy with how well it has been picked up, and if you would like any information they have regular drop in sessions. Mindful eating 1 hour workshops

Mindful eating is all about paying attention to the way we eat. Research has shown eating mindfully improves digestion, regulates our appetite and helps us enjoy our food much more. Tuning in to what we eat can be enough to help us make better choices and avoid overeating. Come along to our one hour workshop and find out how you can practice mindful eating.
