Description The projects listed below are unfunded or delayed. They shall be reviewed for implementation at the earliest possible time after the updates to the impact fee study and user rate study are completed. New Trunk Line - The new trunk line (project 308ao8) is funded only through design. The concurrent need for the treatment plant expansion and trunk line construction requires approximately $50 million in investment, primarily funded through impact fees. An updated impact fee study and financing options will be reviewed for both projects. Repair and Replacement Project – This project (302018) consists of a variety of projects to repair and maintain the wastewater system. Most importantly the project would fund the necessary infiltration and inflow repairs that the City is mandated to perform. This project is underfunded by $20.5 million dollars over the next six years. Funding for these projects is contingent upon funding from rates.

Lift Station Improvements – The final stage of this project (304k15), scheduled for 2019/20 is unfunded at this time. $400,000 is necessary to finalize the lift station improvement projects.
