Project Justification The adopted Bikeways, Trails, Parks and Recreation Master Plan calls for installation, where possible, of bike and pedestrian trails along all creeks and channels. In addition, the plan specifically outlines this project. Due to the current work planned by the District, timing the work with the project may result in cost savings. This project is believed to be extremely competitive for several regional and state grants.
