NEIL SAUNDERS Neil Saunders is the Head of Youth at the Premier League, responsible for managing the ongoing delivery of the Elite Player Performance Plan (EPPP). A former professional footballer with Watford FC and Exeter City FC, Saunders holds a first-class degree in Coach Education and Sports Development from the University of Bath, and was the recipient of the British Olympic Award for Academic Innovation.
