ENTSOG TYNDP 2017 - Main Report

In comparison to the European Commission EU Reference Scenario 2016 genera- tion data, similar emissions are seen to the Slow Progression scenario up to 2030 reflecting the lack of developments beyond the current landscape. It is likely that after 2030, ENTSOG demand scenario CO ² emissions would show a further decline which is not covered by the calculations based on the extrapolated data for electric- ity generation.
