VIKING Blast and Wash Systems has announced the release of the new and improved SR-6 pipe and rod blaster. This machine can remove rust or enamel from a wide variety of materials, from fractional diameter up to 6" diameter pipe, to an SSPC-6 surface finish on a continuous flow basis. The SR-6 utilises one VK PowerMax direct drive blast wheel, available in horsepower options ranging from 10 to 40 HP. This wheel design maximises efficiency and increases cleaning throughput, ranging from five to 30ft of pipe per minute. The machine features rugged and durable construction with a complete ½" thick cast
