This model is well matched to 50Ω from 30MHz to 2GHz and provides 1.2dB noise figure, +36.9dBm IP3, making it ideal for maximizing sensitivity and dynamic range in high-performance receiver applications. It delivers 21.2dB typical gain with ±2.4dB flatness, +23.8dBm output power at 1dB compression. The amplifier is fabricated using E-PHEMT technology with excellent repeatability. It operates on a single 3-5V supply, and comes housed in a tiny 3x3mm QFN package with excellent thermal performance, allowing reliable performance over operating temperatures from -40 to +95°C.
