REFLECTIONS DANCE ACADEMY Reflections Dance Academy provides a carefully designed and progressive program in dance technique and competitive dance forms, which provide the opportunity for all dancers to grow in their dance knowledge and skill. 6-10 COMBO This six-week session will include the opportunities for dancers to learn skills in ballet, tap and jazz for this age level. At the end of the session there will be a mini performance for our dancers to show off their skills learned in this session. This class may be broken up into age groups depending on enrollment. Dancers should plan on bringing tap and ballet shoes with them each day. Reflections Dance Academy Studios, 120 First Ave. E. Day Dates Time Ages Cost RIVER VALLEY RANCH TRAIL RIDE Get out and enjoy nature this fall with a fun and relaxing guided trail ride at the River Valley Ranch in Carver. This is a great opportunity to make some fun fall memories and enjoy the outdoors with friends. Horses will be chosen based on skill level. All riders must be 50” tall and be able to mount a horse unassisted. Be sure to dress appropriately and wear closed toed shoes or boots and bring sunscreen and bug spray. MEA BREAK PROGRAMMING We’ll be offering full-day programs over MEA Break! Each day will include activities like a craft, games, swimming at the indoor aquatic center and more. SKYHAWKS MULTI-SPORT CAMP Spend this no-school day with Skyhawks instructors as they challenge you with three different sports – basketball, soccer, and flag football. Activities will include drills to work on skills for each sport and a ton of fun games. Participants should wear shorts, t-shirt, socks and shoes that tie or Velcro securely and should plan on bringing a lunch, two snacks, and a water bottle. Community Center, 1255 Fuller St. S. Day Dates Time Ages Cost Code Fri Nov. 8 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. 6-12 $57 SKY 1108 BABYSITTERS TRAINING Learn the responsibilities of babysitting through this American Red Cross class. This class will teach leadership skills, supervision techniques, safety, emergency and first aid care, personal safety, feeding infants and young children along with the business aspect of babysitting.
