PROPERTIES AND RATIONALE FOR THE COMPOSITION

Highly digestible ingredients compensate for decreased digestion and ensure an optimal uptake of nutrients during periods of nutritional restoration and convalescence.

High digestibility

High levels of energy, fat, protein and other essential nutrients support recovery and allow a reduction in the required amount of food, which is an advantage for dogs and cats with an increased requirement and/or reduced food intake. Contains ß-1,3/1,6-glucans and increased levels of omega-3 fatty acids, zinc, selenium and arginine to support the immune status. Beta-glucans can bind to macrophages and alert the immune system, thereby supporting the immune response and affecting the natural cytokine production.

Recovery
