1 Dash Angostura Bitters. 1 Dash Absinthe. ^ Italian Vermouth. ^ Brandy. Shake well and strain into cock tail glass. Add cherryand squeeze lemon peel on top. % Brandy. 1 Slice Lemon with a little castor sugar spread over it. Drink Brandy through the pre pared lemon. The Yolk of 1 Egg. Vg Anisette. % Curasao. Brandy. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass. % Absinthe, i/j Gin. 1 Dash Angostura Bitters. 1 Dash Orange Bitters. 1 Dash Syrup. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass. 1 Dash Absinthe. Yd Dry Gin. % Kirsch. % French Vermouth. 4 Dashes Syrup. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
