SPECIAL ROUGH COCKTAIL.

1 Dash Absinthe. ^ Applejack (known in America as "Jersey Lightning "). 54 Brandy. Serve very cold. 1 Dash Angostura Bitters. 1 Dash Orange Juice. 54 Apricot Brandy. % Dry Gin.

SPENCER COCKTAIL.

Shake well and strain into cock tail glass Add a cherry and squeeze orange peel on top. Very mellifluous : has a fine and rapid action

for morning work.

54 French Vermouth. 54 Caperitif. Stir well and strain into cocktail glass. 3 Glasses Gin. 1 Glass Quinquina. 1 Glass Benedictine.

SPION KOP COCKTAIL.

SPRING COCKTAIL. (6 people)

Before shaking add a dash of bitters and serve with an olive.

54 Lemon Juice. 54 Green Chartreuse. 54 Plymouth Gin. Shake well and strain into cocktail glass.
