Provence captured through the hues of Château Sainte Marguerite at the Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort and Château Sainte Marguerite, a classified Provence wine estate, have combined their expertise to offer the “ Summer Kitchen by Marguerite ” this summer. This contemporary Provençal summer cuisine, created in collaboration with multi-starred Chef Marcel Ravin at Las Brisas restaurant from 1 st July to 31 st August, features fresh, seasonal regional products, highlighting food and wine pairings. An exclusive tasting ritual, known as the “ gourmet rosé ,” has also been created to enhance the experience. And the Provençal stopover doesn’t end there: wine in all its variations also shows its colours around the lagoon, particularly at the L’Hippocampe bar, with its stylised “photocall”, at Cocon Bay and in the two VIP areas. La Provence aux couleurs du Château Sainte Marguerite au Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort Le Monte-Carlo Bay Hotel & Resort et le Château Sainte Marguerite, cru classé de Provence, ont conjugué leurs expertises et proposent cet été la «Summer Kitchen by Marguerite ». Cette cuisine d’été provençale contemporaine imaginée en collaboration avec le Chef multi-étoilé Marcel Ravin, au restaurant Las Brisas , du 1 er juillet au 31 août, propose des produits régionaux frais et de saison mettant en valeur un accord mets et vins. Un rituel de dégustation exclusif - le «rosé gourmand » - a été également imaginé pour enrichir l’expérience. Et la halte provençale ne s’arrête pas là : le vin dans toutes ses déclinaisons montre également ses couleurs autour du lagon et notamment au bar L’Hippocampe , au « photocall » stylisé, au Cocon Bay et dans les deux espaces VIP.

It is accessible via a path that winds through a pine forest or by boat. On the menu: a focus on seafood, featuring Mediterranean culinary delights such as caviar, grilled fish, ceviche... Sur la pointe de La Vigie du Monte-Carlo Beach, voici une adresse directement venue d’Ibiza dont le 21 juin marquera le préambule estival. Le restaurant invite à une parenthèse suspendue et vit au rythme du clapotis des vagues, laissant l’authenticité du lieu et le charme de la nature agir naturellement. Accessible par un sentier dans la pinède, on peut aussi le rejoindre par bateau. Au menu : des produits de la mer bien sûr autour d’une gastronomie méditerranéenne : caviar, poissons grillés, ceviche…
