T he former offices of François Blanc, founder of the Société des Bains de Mer in 1863, and its adjacent terrace have housed the Monte-Carlo Cigar Club since last May. A very exclusive venue that offers 35,000 cigars and 250 references thanks to the partnership with Dominique London, the largest specialist in luxury cigars in Europe.
