Inoculate 2 3M Petrifilm RAC Plates with 1 mL of each dilution, spread with 3M spreader Incubate 3M Petrifilm RAC Plates at 32C enumerate plates after 24 ± 2 hrs Record colony counts (<300)

Transfer 1 mL of each dilution in duplicate into Petri dish. Add SMA and swirl. Incubate skimmilk plats for 48 ± 3 hr at 32 ± 1C and milk powder plates for 72± 3 hr at 32 ± 1C Record colony counts (25- 250) AOAC Research Institute Expert Review Panel Use Only
