Inoculate 4 3M Petrifilm RAC Plates with 1 mL of each dilution, spread with 3M spreader Incubate two 3M Petrifilm RAC plates at 32C and two 3M Petrifilm RAC plates at 35C, enumerate plates after 24 ± 2 hrs Record colony counts (<300)

Transfer 1 mL of each dilution in duplicate into Petri dish. Add PCA and swirl. Incubate 48 ± 2 hr at 35 ± 1C Record colony counts (30- 300)
