World Impact and Partnership Agreements World Impact

World Impact can partner with others to plant churches in three ways: • World Impact-led teams with no affiliation • World Impact-led teams with church-sponsored members • World Impact coaching non-World Impact teams World Impact-Led Teams with No Affiliation World Impact provides leadership, oversight, and direction of the team and its vision. Partnering organizations send team members, volunteers, or financial support to advance the church plant. World Impact-Led Teams with Church-Sponsored Members World Impact provides leadership, oversight, and direction of the team but the vision for the church is formed together with the partnering agency. Questions of polity, denominational affiliation, or other issues are agreed upon in advance. Partnering organizations may also send team members, volunteers, or financial support. World Impact Coaching Non-World Impact Teams The partnering ministry provides the leadership, oversight, and direction for the team and its vision. World Impact provides coaching, counsel, and input but has no authority over the team or its leadership. As we at World Impact seek to initiate a variety of partnerships for the sake of the Gospel, it is imperative that we recognize the significant importance of the Partnership Agreement. It is recommended that we operate no partnerships without this agreement, and that every Partner ship Agreement be approved by your Regional VP and City Director, as well as by the appropriate governing leadership from our church planting partners. In drafting the agreement, we should not view the Partnership Agreement as a legal document but rather a clear outline and statement of the precise expectations, responsibilities, and parameters of our partnership together. The agreement must give clear lines of responsibility and tasks of World Impact and the church planting partner.
