27 liable to pay, yet the said professional impost shall not he computed out of the public lighting, which the Company according to this Contract shall af­ ford, but only of the private lighting, nor shall this impost at any time be ra­ ted higher than to 100 says one hundred portions, and for the three first years the impost is not at all to be paid. §. 30. r . In case af war or other circumstances no arrest is to be laid either on the property moveable or immoveable, or the Revenues of the Company in the Danish dominions, but the Company shall be allowed to carry on their business, unmolested and without restraint, as i f . solely composed of Da­ nish bom subjects. of the Copenhagen Gas-Company under pretext of claims against the United General Gas - Company or the particular Share - Holders. But on the contrary the said property and revenues are subject to arrest, attachment, execution and seizin in virtue of the Danish laws for claims arising from this contract, or for engagements here contracted, yet upon the understanding, that in no case, and under no pretext by any whosoever, or for account of whomso­ ever it may be, other than the public authorities, arrest shall be allowed to be laid or execution to be made in such things as are necessary for the Gas - manufactory. §.32. In all contests which may arise on acconnt of this Contract or of the Company’s establishment here, whether such contests be entered at law by the public authorities or by individuals, the Company shall be subject to the Danish laws and the jurisdictions of the Danish tribunals. Yet no action of law is to be instituted between any of the public authorities and the Com­ pany, unless the parties concerned cannot agree about arbitration. Citations and summons as to the Company shall be served at that work of the Company’s, where the Inspector or Overseer lives. 7 . ■ §♦ 33. : I f required, the Company shall give a security of 20000, says twenty thousand, Rbdlrs. r.
