29 altogether without interruption and regularly have burnt during a month, and until the Danish subjects, with whom the Company at the first establishment of the work has made an agreement, are satisfied.. This being the case, the said security . shall he returned, hut from such time the Company’s works together with all their pipes, lamps etc. in short all the Company’s property here shall be for the City a mortgage and security in every way for the ful­ filling of this Contract, so that the City’s claims, on the Company in behalf thereof may be secured preferably to any other claim. Should the case exist that the Company, without the motive of any necessary repair at the works or other like circumstances, should be so defi­ cient in the fulfilling of this Contract, that the failures at the lighting could, not be considered as casual defects, but must be regarded as -a bad admini-, stration of tlie Gas production, or also that the Agent or Administrator of the apparatus would not at all, or because of the circumstances could not ma­ nage or administer, the Gas production .without that anybody else was appointed to supply his place, then the public authority shall have a right, through the bailiffs. aid, * to get possession of the apparatus ^with all the things belonging, to the Gas production and the lighting, in order to carry the same in execution ;: and in case the reasons, which prompted the public authority to take such mea­ sure, should not be removed within the expiration of one year, provided no impediments from the public authorities are thrown in the way, then the said apparatus with all the things belongings to’ the GaS production and the lighting shall devolve, to the City of Copenhagen as a due property withbut any in-; demnity to the Company^':' ■ V: : ■-{ ^f;) r-r •; . . . .
